Help us maintain a vibrant music experience at Pomperaug High School

Dear Friend,

The Friends of Pomperaug Music Organization is asking for your help to support music education in Pomperaug High School by participating in our Spring Fundraiser.  Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to our organization to help us support the PHS Music program and the D’Angelo Scholarship.

We gladly accept any amount and your family or company name will be listed as a patron in the upcoming Spring and Winter concert programs, as well as on our website.

Friends of Pomperaug Music, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was formed in 1999 by concerned parents of Region 15 music students, with the simple purpose of providing opportunities for students to succeed through continuous excellence in music.

Each year we support the music program through initiatives such as funding concert uniforms, sound equipment, chaperones, risers and student fees for families in need.  We also fund the annual D’Angelo Music Scholarship, which is awarded to one or two graduating seniors planning to pursue music.  See the Scholarship page on our website for more information and a list of all our past recipients.

Our other fund raisers, including selling decorations and operating concession stands, are not enough, so we are reaching out to you and the community for additional help.  Over 170 students participate in music ensembles, band, orchestra and chorus.  Help us encourage music education by supporting us with a donation.
